Objective Mediation
Brad Brower, Professional Mediator

Brad Brower

Professional Mediator · East Alabama

I help people in east Alabama resolve disputes without the courtroom — as a structurally neutral mediator, I don't represent either side.

My Path to Mediation

My career was built in enterprise sales — negotiating complex, high-value contracts where both sides had to walk away satisfied. That work taught me something I carry into every mediation: the best outcomes happen when people feel genuinely heard, not when someone wins.

Mediation is my second career, and I chose it deliberately. As a non-attorney mediator, I bring something different to the table — no law firm's billable-hour incentives, no allegiance to either side. My role is purely structural. I create the conditions for resolution and guide the conversation so both parties can reach an agreement that actually works.

I serve Cleburne, Calhoun, and surrounding counties because this community deserves access to professional dispute resolution — without driving to Birmingham or Atlanta.
